When building a team and workflow, I like to look at the big picture: Whats the job at hand and how are we defining our success?

In my experience, a team works best when leadership has clear answers to these questions and those goals are shared and expressed in every role and every project. When each team member has a real seat at the table and is comfortable bringing their unique perspective, expertise & ideas it benefits all team members and the company in countless ways.
